Cosmic Dawn Studies with WFIRST - Home page Cosmic Dawn Studies with WFIRST – Artwork, Videos & Pretty Pictures Artistic view of NASA's WFIRST (Photo credit: NASA/GSFC).

A collection of Roman Space Telescope (WFIRST) related artwork, videos and pretty pictures that appeared in the press:

NASA's Roman Space Telescope (formerly Wide Field Infrared Survey Telescope [WFIRST]) will cary a Wide Field Instrument (WFI) to capture Hubble-quality images covering large swaths of sky. Its Coronagraph Instrument (a technology demonstrator) will directly image exoplanets and study their atmospheres. Credit: NASA/GSFC/Conceptual Image Lab

NASA released this video of the WFIRST spacecraft, after NASA's Agency Program Management Council, which evaluates the agency's programs and projects on content, risk management, and performance, made the unanimous decision to move forward. This changes WFIRST from merely a concept and feasibility study to that of a "Phase A" astrophysics mission on Feb 17 2016.
